| "I commend Screensaver highly for their ability to balance the needs of a professional video production with the spontaneous developments of a free-flowing arts project."

| Budget Considerations - What do I need? |
| We work out a budget by splitting the project down into stages:
1. Pre-production and planning - consider how much planning and scripting should go into your project before shooting begins. Is it worth visiting various locations before choosing where to film? Insurance will also feature here, as we never take chances! 2. Production - a fair percentage of your overall budget will be spent here. There are so many variations on the types of cameras and acquisition equipment to go into enough detail, but essentially, higher quality tape formats willl command higher costs in equipment and crew. Is the highest picture and sound quality necessary for your project, particularly if it's designed to stream from the web? The creative angle is also critical to make your video personal. Style can be driven by the way a project is filmed, using special supports that can add new angles or exciting motion. |
